Crafted the ancient Vedic way — from farm-fresh A2 Gir cow milk, hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method, and slow-cooked over wood fire. The way your grandmother made it.
From Gir cow milk to golden, aromatic ghee — witness every step of our traditional Bilona process.
Bilona is a centuries-old Vedic technique of making ghee from curd — not cream. It takes 30 litres of milk to produce just 1 litre of Bilona ghee.
Fresh, raw A2 milk collected from free-grazing Gir cows — no hormones, no antibiotics.
Whole milk is boiled and set into curd naturally using traditional culture in earthen pots.
Curd is hand-churned using a wooden churner (Bilona) to extract Makkhan (butter).
Fresh Makkhan is carefully collected. Remaining buttermilk is shared with the community.
Butter is slowly simmered over gentle heat to separate pure golden ghee from milk solids.
Rich, aromatic, granular A2 Bilona Ghee packed with vitamins A, D, E, K and Omega-3.
We control every step — from what our Gir cows eat, to the ghee that reaches your kitchen.

A2 refers to the type of beta-casein protein found in milk from indigenous breeds like Gir, Sahiwal, and Tharparkar. Unlike A1 beta-casein (Holstein/Jersey), A2 does not break down into BCM-7 — linked to bloating and inflammation.
A2 ghee retains healthy fats, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), and Omega fatty acids — while being free of lactose and casein.
